Abspiration

EXERCISE
JUMP ROPE:
– Tabata: 20 on, 10 off

SERIES B: AMRAP 10 MINUTES
Jump Squats – 8
Jump Lunges – 12
Total Rounds: 9 rounds + 8 Jump Squats

BEAST SKILL: Handstand
– Wall Climb: 4 x 3

Fun, still feels just as long as AR7, except it’s def not. Almost doing just as many reps, but in a shorter amount of time. Exercising really helps when you have cramps.

FOOD:
– eggs, kiwi, juice
– 1/2 clif bar
– chicken, snap peas, green beans, broccoli, mixed veggies, raisins, luna bar
– 1/2 clif bar, luna bar
– chicken, snap peas, green beans, broccoli, mixed veggies, raisins, clif bar

WATER
– workout: 0.35
– other: 1.4
