I’ve decided to change up the routine again because this week was an emotional wreck and next week will be even more so. I’m going to try AMRAP HIIT again for strength training.

– eggs, kiwi, juice
– veggie spring roll, veggie fried rice
– lettuce burger with grilled onions, fries, pb’n’c ice cream shake

The kiwi was disgusting. Also, my tongue is still burnt from frickin Wednesday. Thanks, Starbucks. Ah, Chinese food in moderation. ^.^
