EXERCISE
PT: 3 rounds run, arms, core, legs
– 2 laps
– 1 min push ups
– 1 min flutter kicks
– 1 minute lunges
– 2 laps
– 1 min diamond push ups
– 1 min bicycles
– 1 min squats
– 2 laps
– 1 min staggered push ups
– 1 min plank
– 1 min knee ups
– stretch

BODYBUILDING DAYS 1-5: AR7 + Beast Skill
AR7: SERIES C 7×7, 6×6, 5×5
– Dips
– Explosive Push Ups

Beast Skill: Handstand
– Wall Climb: 1 x 3
– Bent-Arm Forward Roll: 4 x 1

No more jump roping. For now. Thankfully my leg didn’t hurt during PT. So doing today’s chest/triceps workout after PT was brutal. I felt so pathetic trying to do those dips and explosive push ups. I couldn’t even hold myself up to do the wall climbs, so I had to take a shower break and then come back and do them. But I got through it, and that’s what matters. At least PT wasn’t a waste of time today.

FOOD
– egg, corned beef hash, kiwi, juice
– 1/2 clif bar
– chicken, french cut green beans
– 1/2 clif bar, TJ fruit bar bits and pieces
– salmon, TJ Cauliflower Romanesco Basilic, TJ fruit bar bits and pieces

Sigh. Food tastes good.
