AR7: SERIES E – 7-6-5 (7 x 7, 6 x 6, 5 x 5)
– Bulgarian Split Squat

Beast Skill: Handstand
– Wall Climb: 2 x 3

my butt and hamstrings STILL hurt from monday… wtf. no jump roping bc my leg hurt some after running today. that means i need to ice and salve it. also, i really didn’t have time. im almost thinking about working out in the mornings again.

– egg n cheese, fruit, juice
– 1/2 clif bar
– chicken, veggies
– 1/2 clif bar, i stuck my finger in hummus and nutella
– turkey avocado (gluten free) sandwich, chicken veggie rice soup

dinner. so. goooood.
