EXERCISE:
DAY 1: AR7 + Beast Skill
AR7: SERIES A – 7-6-5 (7 x 7, 6 x 6, 5 x 5)
– Jump Squats
– Jump Lunges

Beast Skill: Handstand
– Wall Climb: 2 x 3

SUP:
– 2 hours

The BURN! Man that AR7 was so good. Managed to keep good form throughout! I will be surfing tomorrow. I already can tell my wall climbs are getting stronger! Sweat. in places. PADDLEBOARDING!!!! I love SUPing cuz it’s soooo delicious! Gooone to go SUUUUPin’! I could go SUPing everyday, and my mom says that’s okay! Gooone to go SUUUUPin’!

FOOD
– egg n cheese, fruit, juice
– 1/2 clif bar
– soup, salad, fries

WATER:

– workout: .5
