EXERCISE:
PT:
– 2 mile run

DAY 5: AR7 + Beast Skill
AR7: SERIES B – 7-6-5 (7 x 7, 6 x 6, 5 x 5)
– Pull Ups
– Inverted Row
Beast Skill: Handstand
– Wall Climb: 2 x 3

Wal: 2.5 miles

That was so tough, yet so easy. I love it. This was a good move. I can’t wait to try the five day version next week.

FOOD
– egg n cheese, sausage, juice
– veggies, chicken Italian sausage
– cinnamon spice latte, choco almonds
– buffalo wild wings, carrots & celery, chips and salsa

I broiled and then pan-fried the sausage. So good.

WATER:
– other: .5
– workout: .4

Need more water!
