Exercise, Food & Water Journal: 17.01.2013

EXERCISE:
PT:
– push ups: 1 min
– sit ups: 1 min
– running: half a mile

Repeat!
Starting my new workout plan tomorrow!

FOOD
– egg n cheese, sausage, kiwi, juice
– chicken sausage, mixed veggies, yogurt
– 2 cliff bars (before and after pt)
– chili cheese beef, seasoned fries, pbnc boba!

I forgot my clif bar snack and was in the worst hunger induced mood ever (not really) in the afternoon. The chili cheese beef was actually a burger without the bun with chili bean soup and shredded cheddar cheese. Boba saved me from cold stone!
