Exercise, Food & Water Journal: 16.01.2013

EXERCISE:
PT:
– push ups: lots
– sit ups: lots
– running: about a mile

PT was harder than it should have been. I knew my workout was not ging to happen after. Running was okay after I warmed up, however, I’m disappointed in how hard push ups were. :/ Couple that with the Conan workout I read about yesterday, I was inspired to change my workout. I need more HIIT. And I need to do more than 2 days of strength training. So the Conan Workout hopefully will be a good solution to the issue. 🙂

FOOD
– egg n cheese, corned beed hash, kiwi, juice
– 1/2 cliff bar
– chicken, mixed veggies, yogurt
– 1/2 cliff bar
– chicken, mixed veggies, nutella

eh, I learned my lesson about de-thawing things.

WATER:

– workout: .2
