HAPPY THREE YEAR WORDPRESS ANNIVERSARY!

EXERCISE:
TABATA:
– Burpees

I was a pathetic sight to see. Oh, cardio… I hate you.

BODYBUILDING: DAY 2: Chest/Triceps
– Chest / Triceps Dips: 4 x 6
– One Arm Push Up – on Knees: 3 x 5 (per arm)
– L-Seat – Tucked/Single Leg/Low L-Seat: 3 x 5 of 5s
– Planche Push Up – Frog Stand / Full Tilt: 3 x 5 of 5s
– Handstand Press to Pushups – Handstand work: 3 x 5 of 5s

That was fun. This is definitely a full body workout… including my LEGS! And obviously my abs, which are in pain. Still.

FOOD:
– flax almond oat cereal, almond milk
– 1/2 clif bar
– beef pot pie, 2 veggies, 3 meatballs, a few curly fries, apple sauce and pineapple
– 1/2 clif bar
– turkey, potatoes, stuffing, choco

SUPPLEMENTS:
– none

WATER:
– bld: 0.7
– day: 0.6
– workout: 0.3
– other: 0.2
