DAY 1: Back/Biceps
– One Arm Pull Up – Pull Ups Variations: 10 x 2 – NO ASSISTANCE
– One Armed Inverted Row: 3 x 6 (per arm)
– Front Lever / Back Lever – (Negatives/Holds/Pull Ups): 5 x 5 of 5s
– One Arm Elbow lever – Elbow Lever: 5 for as long as possible

So I did negs and Holds for Front and back lever, but pull ups only for front. Back Lever is a bit easier, but it makes me feel constipated in the face. lol. Elbow Lever is coming along!!!!!

– eggs, turkey sausage, strawberries, orange juice
– rice crispies
– meat loaf, beets, cabbage, grapes
– – rice crispies, 1/2 clif bar
– brown rice, fish, edamame, carrot, cheetos
