Exercise, Food & Supplement Journal: 14.11.2012

EXERCISE:
PT EVALS:
– push ups, sit-ups, 1.5 mile run

Not bad. I should start running again.
Two tests in one day makes me grumpy, however finishing both is cathartic.

FOOD:
– hardboiled eggs, corn beef hash, orange juice
– cookie and coffee
-chicken, cucumbers and onions, mixed veggies, apple sauce
– 1/2 clif bar
– swedish meatballs, green beans, carrots

SUPPLEMENTS:
– none

WATER:
– bld: 0.7
– day: 0.7
– workout: 0.3
– other: 0.?
