Exercise, Food & Supplement Journal: 13.11.2012

EXERCISE:
REST

FOOD:
– eggs, turkey patties, kiwi, orange juice
– 1/2 clif bar
– chicken, spinach, carrots, strawberries
– 1/2 clif bar
– turkey, stuffing

Well I decided that clif bars are really filling, so I only really need half before a workout. Looking forward to the workout btw!!!

– day: 0.6
– workout: 0.3
– other: 0.? Two cups of tea
