WEIGHTLIFTING: DAY 2: Legs
Dumbbell Single Leg Bulgarian Split Squat: 3 x 6-8 – 40
Single Leg Lying Hip Extension (One Leg Bridge): 3 x 6-8
Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts: 3 x 8 – 40

I took out the leg exercises I did on Monday and the pistols. My legs are still sore.

FOOD:
– eggs, corned beef hash, fruit, orange juice
– apple
– chicken pot pie, carrots, peas, potatoes… eh, applesauce
– clif
– fries, cheetos, chicken pot pie, green beans, peas, rice… so many carbs

SUPPLEMENTS:
– None

WATER:
– bld: 0.7
– day: 0.5
– workout: 0.3
– other: 1.0
