– Drill Two
– Shrimping
– Arm bars and chokeholds and shit!
– oh wait, this is what we also did: run a lap in half boots and uniform, 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 lunges, 25 push ups, lunges across half the field, wiggly on your back things across half the field, 8 count bodybuilders and … that’s all I remember.

Rolled so much today. Practice was 2 hours. Sooooo fun! I’m in pain. I’m in love. Cry. 😥

Moving day 2 legs weightlifting to Saturday. And I’m going to try to go to Zumba on Sat, too.
