Single Leg Lying Hip Extension (One Leg Bridge): 3 x 8
Dumbbell Single Leg Bulgarian Split Squat: 3 x 8 – 40
Dumbbell Squat (Ass-to-Grass): 3 x 8
Dumbbell Lunges: 3 x 8

Testing this out as day 4 legs…
