Exercise, Food & Supplement Journal: 09.10.2012

EXERCISE:
DAY 2: Legs
– Single Leg Pistol Squat: 3 x 8 – NO ASSISTANCE – 10
– Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts: 3 x 8 – 40

Reduced the first leg day so that I can stay under 30 mins and not get depressed. I was actually better at pistols today than I thought I would be. Yay!

FOOD:
– eggs, chicken sausage, kiwi
– pear
– beef bot pie, squash, applesauce
– larabar
– ?

I felt weird after lunch but I’m not sure why. It could just be exhaustion.

SUPPLEMENTS:
