DAY 1: Back/Biceps
Pull ups: 4 x 5 – NO ASSISTANCE
One Armed Inverted Row: 3 x 6-8 – Bodyweight
Dumbbell Bent-Over Row: 3 x 6-8 – 35
Dumbbell Curl (Wide Angle): 3 x 6-8 – 25

Feels good to be back!! I raised my weights on a whim and was able to do them. I’m so ready for results!

FOOD:
– scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, pear, juice
– taiwanese candy
– salad, cauli, parmesan chicken, juice
– taiwanese candy
– roast beef, peas, carrots, juice
– chips, chocolate
