JWOD: Korra – 3 exercises – AMRAP – No equipment – 20 min
AMRAP of 21-15-9
– supergirl pushup
– one leg squat – leg back
– ninja jump + explosive star
– one leg squat – leg back (alt leg)

So this one is actually good. Almost feels like not enough arms, but those ninja jump explosive stars were exhausting, and the entire work out was great for my core.

got the names for the weekend excursion btw

– sooooo, do you know how many calories are in a boba? um, like 300. That’s why I’m not dead.
