JWOD: Noah – 4 exercises – AMRAP – No equipment – 20 min
AMRAP of 5 sets
– elevated one arm push up – 10 reps, per arm
– pistols – 2 reps, per leg
– one arm-leg get up – 5 reps, per leg
– ninja jump tuck – 5 reps

I only got 4 rounds in and i hate this workout btw. It was boring. Noah was a failure. This arch sunk. Moving on.
