Exercise, Food & Supplement Journal: 05.09.2012

JWOD: Scott – 3 exercises – AMRAP – No equipment – 20 min
AMRAP of 6 rounds
– one arm elevated push up – 5 per
– pistols – 5 per

It was kinda hard to breath doing one arm push ups. Also the pistols were super hard without a counter weight, but I’m proud I accomplished them. This workout is simple but I know I’m going to be sore tomorrow.
