WEIGHTLIFTING: DAY 1: Back/Biceps
Door Pull ups: 3 x 5 – NO ASSISTANCE
One Armed Let Me In: 3 x 8
One Armed Let Me Up (Inverted Row): 3 x 8
Backpack Curl: 3 x 5

Sooooo, I’m in Taiwan. Doing my normal work out is impossible, so thankfully I have this bodyweight alternative. Today was the harder of the three because I couldn’t do Let Me Ups, but everything else was doable.
