Okay so these two sites [1, 2] were very helpful to me because I once again do not like my arms. 😦 Well I do like them. Anyway, I’m going to be a bit more versatile from now on in my lifting. Just a bit tho. Don’t expect too much. Check the weightlifting program page for more info.
