WEIGHTLIFTING: DAY 2: Legs
– Single Leg Pistol Squat: 3 x 12 – NO ASSISTANCE – 10
– Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts: 3 x 12 – 25
It was a little harder this time because I for some reason had a hard time remembering the “good” form, but once I found it, it was all good. I love leg day. Sooo, it looks like I am definitely not going to be staying on run team, and I will be joining Zumba instead! 🙂 What a change. I’m definitely going to have to start running on my own again then… Hmmm, I also have the choice of the Air Combat Challenge team and Combatives later one. Oh, this is the life.
