Exercise, Food & Supplement Journal: 15.08.2012

Exercise:
WEIGHTLIFTING: DAY 1: Back/Biceps
– Pull ups: 4 x 5 – NO ASSISTANCE
– Seated Pull ups: 4 x 5 – NO ASSISTANCE
– One-Armed Bodyweight Inverted Row: 4 x 12
– Dumbbell Bent-over Row: 4 x 12 – 40
– Dumbbell Curl: 4 x 12 – 30

Did my regular pull ups the night before since I didn’t want to disturb my roommate. One armed rows made the tendons on front inner side of my ankles hurt… I couldn’t give up the bent over row. I like it way to much.

Food:
– corned beef hash, oatmeal, juice, tea
– craisins
– swedish meatballs, peas, green beans, juice!
– lärabar
– chicken, cabbage, mixed veggies, cauliflower, some kind of key lime or something pie slice, juice

Supplements:
– USPlabs Recreate

Water:
– workout: .3
– breakfast, lunch, dinner: .7
– work day: .3
– other: .3
