1) burpee handstand – 5
2) ninja jump – 5
3) squat side kick – 10 each side
4 rounds total

Monday morning workouts are mandatory. Getting my Handstand practice in! I’m going to try this HIIT/Leg/BackBiceps/ChestTriceps/Legs five day a week workout plan.

So freaking FUN! Sooooooo, if things are the same when I get back from Taiwan, I’m totally bringing back my bodyrock group! I might have to quit run team. I’m really not that sad about it.

– scrambled eggs w cheese, 2 chicken sausage links, grapes, juice, tea
