Exercise:
WEIGHTLIFTING: DAY 3: Chest/Triceps
Chest/Triceps Dips: 4 x 8 – NO ASSISTANCE
Dumbbell Bench Press/Flyes: 4 x 12 – 40
Dumbbell Pullover: 4 x 12 – 25
Dumbbell Triceps Extension: 4 x 12 – 25

I didn’t get to practice my handstand. 😦 This workout was okay. Emotionally.

Food:
– scrambles eggs, raspberries, strawberries and cherries , juice
– raspberries, strawberries and cherries, raisins
– salad, peas and carrots, rice, fish, blueberries and strawberries, juice
– lärabar
– salad, veggies, potatoes, swedish meatballs, juice, choco

I don’t want to eat chocolate anymore, but I will.
