Exercise:
RUN TEAM:
– 2 miles about 14:30?

First time running in two weeks. It was actually pretty good, but that’s because I was pacing with someone else.

WEIGHTLIFTING: DAY 2: Legs
– Single Leg Pistol Squat: 3 x 12 – NO ASSISTANCE – 10
– Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts: 3 x 12 – 25

That pistol -ish was HARD. Remind me to never take two weeks off legs again.

Food:
– cheese scrambled eggs, 1 turkey sausage link, cherries, strawberries, juice
– berries
– Salisbury steak, brown rice, greens, mixed veggies, one friggin spoon of applesauce, one friggin sip of juice, raisins!
– lärabar
– chicken, salad, green beans, another veggies, baked fries, applesauce, juice, chocolate
