DAY 1: Back/Biceps
Seated Pull ups: 4 x 5 – NO ASSISTANCE
Bodyweight Inverted Row: 4 x 12
Dumbbell Bent-over Row: 5 x 12 – 40
Dumbbell Curl (Wide Angle): 4 or 5 x 12 – 30

Inverted Row gets real heard real quick. I love back/bicep day. I also love my dip station.

– corned beef hash, 2 egg whites, grapes, juice
– raisins, tea
– salmon, rice, veggies, crunch, m&ms, juice
– lärabar
– rice, Swedish meatballs, green beans, carrots, salad, juice, yogurt

So this week, I re-came to the conclusion that this diet struggle is all a mind/hormone game. I don’t need more food. I need to get my mind right and drink more water.
