Exercise:
WEIGHTLIFTING: DAY 3: Chest/Triceps
Chest/Triceps Dips: 8 x 8 – NO ASSISTANCE
Dumbbell Bench Press: 4 x 12 – 40
Dumbbell Pullover: 4 x 12 – 25
Dumbbell Skull Crusher: 4 x 12 – 25

Food:
– two eggs with cheese, turkey sausage patty, strawberries, pineapple, juice, black tea
– peach
– turkey w cheese, a few spicy cheetos, noodles, veggies, chicken, fortune cookies… Fucking heavy but I didn’t overdo it.
– cheese burger with onions on lettuce “bun”, green salad, crepe, chocopb milkshake

IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!
