– 2 X 400 warm. 2 X 400 @ 1;40 strength trainging pfc

Hwow:
24 x 50/10
– Burpee Knee Tuck
– Sumo Push Up
– Jump Lunge
– Ab Twist
– T-Push Up
– Lunge + Rotation

Nice. Fucking hate jumping tho. My knee…

Food:
– cheese omelette, 2 egg whites, strawberries and grapes, juice
– peach, 1/2 lärabar
– chili, Salisbury steak, greens, salad, applesauce + cinnamon
– plum, 1/2 lärabar
– chili, rice + meat sauce, green beans, salad, juice

I think once I can not eat at the dfac, I will see such big improvements in my body. I’m being a little bitch, but I’m still not happy with my body even though I know I’ve reached almost all my goals. I want more.

Chili gives me gas.
