– Forward/backward squat jump
– Dragon lunge back
– Toe touch jump up
– Side plank leg lift

Man, 20 minutes is hard. Um I went ahead and ordered a push up bar and dip station. ^.^

Food:
– egg white with cheese omelette, corn beef hash, grapefruit, apricot, juice
– steak, broccoli, salad, pineapple, juice, cheesecake, chocolate milk! God bless America!!!!!!!
– chicken salad, chocomilk, dark chocolate almonds, sushi

Supplements:
– none

Water:
