– EVAL: Sit ups: 61, Push up: 44, Run Time: 11:00!!!!

I paced myself. Actually I paced myself with someone else and we started off slow and gradually gained speed and it was amazingly easier than last time!!!! Sigh. I think I’ll do the ZWOW tomorrow. Not sure.

– cheese omelette, 1/2 grapefruit, strawberry yogurt, juice, tea
– 1/2 lärabar
– chicken, beets, cabbage, cheesecake, applesauce, juice
– 1/2 lärabar, peach
