my shoulders are bruised from the color guard rifle! also i still havent decided what to do in lieu of lifting. 😦 run team it is.

RUN TEAM:
2x2400m repeats
at 1:45 pace, 3 minute recovery in between mile warm/cool

Food:
– corn beef hash, yogurt, apricot
– lärabar
– swedish meatballs with rice, 2 veggies
– lärabar
– swedish meatballs with rice, cabbage, another vegetable

Supplements:

Water:
– breakfast, lunch, dinner: .7
– work day: .5
– workout: .25
– other: .5
