Exercise:
WEIGHTLIFTING: Week Twenty-Two
DAY 2: Legs
Pistols – 3 x 12 – NO ASSISTANCE – 10
One Leg Romanian Deadlift: 3 x 12 – 25

Those damn pistols… Got me breathing heavy every time.

TABATA:
8 X 20/10
– Burpees (push up and jump) – Max reps: 5

Best decision I’ve ever re-made. Love tabata, love burpees.

RUN TEAM:
– 15 min on bike
– Leg Press: 3 sets of 12
– Calf Raise: 1 set of 24 both legs, 1 set of 12 single leg, 1 set of 12 right leg

Got a knee brace and new shoe support in hopes that they’ll help me knee.

Food:
– protein shake
– cornbread hash, 1/2 grapefruit, a little yoghurt
– lärabar
– salad, veggie, turkey
– lärabar
-salad, green beans, mixed veggies, beef and lots of gum
– protein shake, pb

Supplements:

Water:
