My Score:
Time Challenge: 20 minutes
– High Knees / 20 reps
– Backward lunge knee up / 15 reps (switch sides for each round)
– Dynamic Squat / 10 reps
– Dive Bombers / 5 reps
– Knee Raises / 10 reps
Total Sets: 8 + high knees and lunges

– 1.5 mile Run:
I have no clue how long it took me because some people don’t know how to program!!!!!! But i’m sure it was the same as yesterday. So that means I’m doing it again tomorrow. Legs, you really don’t want to mess with me…

RUN TEAM:
– Hills five sets of down and uphill with recovery lap in between.

Food:
– protein shake
– 2 chicken sausage links, 2 egg whites , 1/2 grapefruit
– lärabar!
– salad, beets, chicken, apple sauce
– lärabar!, laraball
– Swiss steak, green beans, cauli, salad
– Boba tea

Dude I was starving today before Run team practice. I’m pretty sure it was the morning run.

I keep forgetting, well yesterday and today, to take the pill BEFORE my workout. Sigh.
