Dumbbell Pullover – 25
Dumbbell Skull Crusher – 25
Dumbbell Flyes – 40

AIR FORCE AIR COMBAT CHALLENGE TRAINING:
– pull ups
– tire flip
– fireman carry
– golf cart push
– tug’o’war

Food:
– 1 protein shake
– corn beef hash, 1/2 grapefruit
– 1 lärabar
– noodles, Swedish meatballs, 2 veggies
– 1 lärabar
– 1 protein shake
– Swedish meatball, rice, cabbage
– 1 protein shake

Supplements:
