Exercise:
WEIGHTLIFTING: Week Eighteen
– Pull ups: 4 x 5 – UNASSISTED
– Chin ups: 4 x 5 – UNASSISTED
– Dips: 3 x 10 – UNASSISTED
– Pistol: 3 x 12 – UNASSISTED with 15
– One Leg Romanian Deadlifts: 3 x 12 – 20

Pull ups and chin ups were awesome. Triceps dips are still challenging but fun. Pistols killed me. Deadlifts were shaky. Did not get around to German armed forces training. Still trying to figure out what I’ll be doing next week.

GERMAN ARMED FORCES PROFICIENCY BADGE TRAINING:
– Shot Put: 6.75 m = 7.38188976 yards = 22.1456693 feet (22 feet 1¾ inch)
– Long Jump: 3.50 m = 3.82764654 yards = 11.4829396 feet (11 feet 551⁄64 inches)

– corned beef hash, 1/2 grapefruit
– 1 protein shake
