Exercise:
WEIGHTLIFTING: Week Seventeen
DAY 2: Legs
Pistol: 2 x 12 – non-assisted with 15
Single Leg Half Squat: 1 x 12 – non-assisted with 10
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts: 3 x 12 – 25

Omg that freaking hard. Every single rep was a goddamn fight, but I couldn’t make myself go back to assisted. Anyway last rep I did one leg squats instead of pistols. Even that was hard… Whatevs I loved it!!! My dreams!!!!

Food:
– corn beef hash, 1 hash brown, 1/2 grapefruit
– 1 homemade läraball
– lunch
– 1 homemade läraball
– dinner
– protein shake

Supplements:

Water:
