RUN TEAM: Week Three
– 2 lap warm up
– 10 – 1:35 400m
– 2 lap cool down

Food:
– 3 chicken sausage links, 2 egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
– 1 homemade läraball w pb’n rice milk
– peas and carrots, meatloaf
– 1 homemade läraball w pb’n rice milk
– bell pepper, spinach salad, clif protein bar
– protein shake

Supplements:

Water:
– morning: .1
– breakfast, lunch, dinner: .7
– work day: .75
– evening: .4
