– protein shake with yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, peanut butter, chocolate almond butter, bananas and water… SO FRACKING GOOD.
– fish, broccoli, cabbage, apple sauce
– roast beef, cabbage, carrots
– honey greek yogurt w/ cocoa almond butter, a chocolate candy
