Exercise, Food & Supplement Journal: 08.04.2012

Exercise:
TAI-CHI from 10-12, 2-4

Food:
– oatmeal w/ milk, egg whites, hash brown, turkey sausage
– yogurt w/ nutella
– brown rice, broccoli chicken
– Clif Energy Bar – Chocolate Chip
– lemongrass beef rice noodles

my breakfast was eaten drunkenly at Denny’s after bowling, from which I am sore. Tai-chi was awesome. I’m debating whether I want to do Kickboxing and Tai-chi or just tai-chi. Decisions decisions. I might stick with both for now.

Supplements:
– Rainbow Light Prenatal Petite Vitamin

Water:
– breakfast, lunch, dinner: .5
– day: .75
