Exercise, Food & Supplement Journal: 12-02-2012

Exercise:
RUNNING:
2.67 miles
did the beach run and got breakfast and caught the bus back. mmmm. so good.

Food:
– egg, cheese, tomato buckwheat crepe, orange juice, nutella crepe
– salad, beef patty, fries, apple juice, tea
– a small tiramisu thing from whole foods
– chipotle burrito bowl brown rice + chicken
– protein “shake” (whey + water)

breakfast at Crepes of Brittany… soooooo good. oh God, I can never have a savory crepe from anywhere else again.
I also feel like my yeast infection is going away since I’ve given up apples. I couldn’t handle the sugar.

Supplements:
– none

Water:
– pre-workout: 2.5 liters
– pre-lunch: .5
– pre-dinner: –
– evening: .5 = 1.75 L

IM ON MY PERIOD. UGH.
