– 5k on the beach
life is good.

– corn beef hash, 1/2 grapefruit, orange
– orange spice tea
– salad, a very fucking small beef porcupine, apple sauce
– sweet potato fries, pb’n’chocolate ice cream shake

– morning: 2 recreate

– .375 morning time
– .375 afternoon = .75L
– .375 pre-dinner = 1.125
– .375 evening = 1.5 liters of water today

I had a cheat meal. It was nice. Made me poop the next day. It was delicious.
