Exercise:
WEIGHTLIFTING
DAY ONE: Back/Biceps
Pull ups 4 sets of 5 (unassisted) – assisted
Lat Pull Downs 3 sets of 8-10 – 85lbs
One armed dumbbell rows 3 sets of 8-10 – 20lbs
seated rows 3 sets of 8-10 – 77.5lbs
bicep curls 3 sets of 8-10 – 10lbs
hammer curls 3 sets of 8-10 – 10lbs

Food:
– cottage cheese, grapefruit, orange juice, water
– meatloaf, apple, cabbage, salad, 1 pnb, a little hot chocolate
– post workout protein
– baked chicken brast, peas, spinach salad, apple, a few almonds, hot chocolate… it’s so cold again!

Supplements:
– i quit

Weightlifting was sooo damn fun. I’m going to be sore and I havent been sore in a really long time.
