– Seated Scissors: 36, 40
– Side Crunch: 18, 16
– Seated V Split: 10, 11
– Knee Hugs: 12, 14
– Heel Touch: 22, 23

My damn hip flexors hurt from yesterday’s Seated V Split! Amagad. Also, Seated scissors suck when done correctly…
