– 16 Side Jump Side Lunges
– 20 Crab Dance Exercise
Total Time: 15m30s

Burpee Tabata: 8 x 10/20
– Burpee: average of 5 per round

This one was a failure as a group workout, but I was proud of my form maintenance. i ended up adding a burpee tabata at the end of the workout bc we had extra time.

Those one arm push ups are so hard. I know why my abs hurt today. The hardest part is keeping your body rigid.
