DAY 1: Jump Rope + Upper Body + Beast Skill
Jump Rope
- 2 X Tabata: 8 rounds, 20s fast skipping, 10s rest
Upper Body
- Pull Ups – NO ASSISTANCE: 5 x 3
- One Arm / Inverted Row: 3 x 5 (per arm)
- Ring Dips: 3 x 5
- One Arm Push Up – on Knees: 3 x 5 (per arm)
Beast Skill: Handstand
- Hollow Body: 6 x 15 seconds
Upped my jump rope tabata after yesterday’s travesty of a run. I want chop a minute off. It’s hard when you don’t really care. I just need to get my stamina back up is all. I like arm day. I really do. Everything in me wants to do it more often, but… no. Hopefully next week I can move up to some more advanced handstand work. I’m going to go for the 60 sec mark. ¬.¬
FOOD:
- eggs n cheese, juice
- kiwi
- chicken, mixed veggies, juice
- 1/2 clif bar
- french cut green beans, chicken italian sausage
I’m going to not eat yogurt very single day bc I do need to remember that I am still lactose intolerant, and I do not like yeast infections.
